Stunning 40 acre plot of land on the East side of the Crooked River Canyon facing West towards the Stunning Cascade views. Property is already approved by Jefferson County for a Non-Farm Dwelling. This will allow the new property owner to place one single-family dwelling on the parcel. Property currently has a 650 ft well with an estimated 20 GPM. Current pump is 1 1/2 hp and was pumping into a concrete cistern and then pumped out of the cistern with a different pump, but with a higher horsepower pump should be able to pump directly to a new home. Septic system is in place and permitted and finaled by Jefferson County. Tank is 1000 gal. Electricity is available across the street on the North property line. The well pump control box needs to be replaced. This property is a great opportunity to own 40 acres with a stunning view and partial infrastructure in place ( just needs power from across the road). Comparable 5 acre properties are listed for 500-600K and no well or septic in place.
